Where we ship

We currently deliver anywhere in India. For orders from outside India, please contact us first.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment being confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch; remote areas can take a little longer.
• Pre-order books and issues are sent as soon as they are printed; the expected date is shown on the product page.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout, before you pay. During some offers, delivery is free.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. It also appears under "My orders" in your account.

Changing your address

We can change the delivery address any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Subscriptions

Subscribers receive each new issue by post as soon as it is printed.

Digital issues

Digital issues (PDF) are not posted. They appear in "My library" in your account as soon as payment is complete.

If delivery is late

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, let us know and we'll investigate with the postal service or courier.
