Billing terms & conditions

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Where an item is discounted, both the printed price (MRP) and the offer price are shown. You pay the price shown when you place the order, even if it changes later.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed once payment is confirmed.

Phone and WhatsApp orders

Orders placed by phone or WhatsApp can be paid by UPI or bank transfer. We dispatch as soon as the payment arrives.

Receipts and invoices

Every order is confirmed by email, and you can download the invoice from "My orders" in your account.

Subscription payments

A subscription is a single payment; nothing is ever debited automatically. We email you a reminder before your subscription ends.

Coupons and offers

Coupons and offers apply under their own conditions (dates, minimum order and so on) and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
